The Seven Soldiers of Victory (Crimson Avenger, Green Arrow, Speedy, Shining Knight, Vigilanre, the Star Spangled Kid, and Stripesy) return in this story. It is revealed that Wing, the Crimson Avenger's sidekick has dies. Star Spangled Kid will later join the JSA.
